Went for a first time check-out Friday afternoon. Not too busy being Feb. Weather was gorgeous: pure white sand, lazy aqua water. Had a draft and decided to bring the wife and visiting son to dinner. When we arrived just after dark, a nice bar crowd was mingling. We had a very nice experience. Shared the ceviche (shrimp and mango). We had the chicken sandwich, a poboy and a shrimp taco. Everyone was satisfied with the food, service, and price. I will recommend CB's B&G to my friends. We live in nearby Gulf Breeze.

This is just a review regarding NYE 2014. Came in and it was crowded! Lots of people for the white attire event. Did find a spot along the wall but was pushed up against one too many times. Got the signature drink of the evening of whiskey and champagne. The whiskey overtook the champagne and it was not as enjoyable as I would have liked. Although we did not try the food, it was quite beautiful outside! Hammocks, fire pit/place, and an amazing view of the water! I understand it was an event and the crowd was probably more than double a typical evening. We ended up leaving. I hope to try this place on a more low key evening and dinner as well. Parking is plentiful.

Very nice place, great location. Good food, had the casino burger and it was fantastic. Recommend the sweet potato fries....would visit again!

Amazing! I've eat here 3 times in 2 days! Tropical salad with grilled chicken is delicious as well as their house salad with shrimp! Also had the Caribbean BBQ Chicken sandwich which was great! And their sweet potato fries are on point! The Bushwacker is hands down the greatest thing ever! It tastes like a chocolate frosty! Kyle the bartender was GrEAT! He was very attentive to all of our wants/needs. He let my bf sample some of the local brews before ordering! If we are ever in Pensacola we will definitely be back!!!

Looks like a dive beach bar from outside, but food quality was surprisingly good! We will be back when in the area again!

Loved this place! It was recommended to us by our bartender at our resort in Orange Beach. The atmosphere was great. Open, breezy and laid back. Great location with access to the pier. We would go walk the pier or go take a swim in the beach and come back for more drinks. They have a circle of hammocks in the front with sand below them. Lots of beach chairs, large cushioned couches with ottomans big enough to lay down in if you felt like catching a tan or getting drunk and passing out. Whatever peels your banana! Drinks were average. I mostly drank vodka and lemonade. Their featured cocktails didn't sound too appealing. The cups they serve drinks in were kind of small too. Conch fritters were pretty good. I enjoyed the dipping sauce they came with. Curry mango or pineapple? Fish tacos were so so. Nothing spectacular. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area!!

We just happened to drive by this place after leaving our hotel one Saturday afternoon in October. They advised us that there might be about a 30 min wait but it ended up being about 10. Neat adirondack chairs and hammocks to wait in! The food and service were exceptional! Such a neat place with an incredible view of the beach and ocean! I would highly recommend this place!

This place has an amazing view of the water and beach. It is clean and very comfortable. My husband and I have stopped by a few times and always have a blast. I think they have one of the best Bushwackers out there! I have heard that food will be coming soon and I am excited to try their menu. Definitely check this place out!

I loved this spot! After coming to Pensacola with a friend for a spur-of-the-moment beach getaway, we were looking for a spot close to where we were staying. This place popped up as being right across the street, so we headed over. The super friendly hostess gave us the perfect table, outside on the deck under the shade of the palm trees, with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Colman was our server, and he was really friendly and awesome with recommendations. He definitely helped make the whole experience a pleasure. For food, we started with the ahi tuna nachos. When I think nachos, I'm thinking melted cheese, so these were almost more like tuna tostadas. They were awesome nonetheless; nice pieces of avocado with a generous amount of tuna on each one, topped with fish egg and drizzled with a spicy sauce. It was also plated beautifully, both of us really enjoyed it. For entrees, we ordered the blackened fish and blackened shrimp taco, so we each got to try one of each. They were both good, but the blackened fish was the clear winner-I LOVED the salsa they put on it. The tacos were a good size and the blackening seasoning they use is full of flavor. The sweet potato fries were the best I've had, anywhere. The regular fries were very good as well. So many restaurants in beach/tourist areas are disappointing. Casino Beach Bar definitely bucks that trend. One downside: there isn't actually a casino here.

YAY! Finally a cool, trendy place to hang out on Pensacola Beach. I love this place - the decor is hip & trendy and it's right on the beach by the pier, so you can walk down to the ocean and the back up to your drink whenever you want. The beach area offers plenty of entertainment and this patio is rockin'! LOTS of seating indoors and out. They have very good food - the pork tacos are some of the best tacos in town!!! Plus, unique sides like "tornado fries" and fried plantains are delicious and a great change of pace. The flatbreads are also super yummy. They have drink specials all week - which is nice - including $4 Stoli Saturdays. Good selection of craft brews as well as the staples. The staff is a lot of fun and well trained in excellent customer service. I love going here and am so glad they exist. If you're looking for good, tasty beach food, to me, Casino Beach Bar & Grille is the best on the island.

You can't beat the view! OK, the truth is you choose this place for the view. The food is good and the servers friendly for the most part unless you hit it at a crowd peak, but the wide open view of gorgeous Pensacola Beach white sand is the key element. Situated right next to the Fishing pier on the right side of the tower as you come toward the beach, there is a nice covered porch area and an open deck with Ft. Lauderdale Beach style seating groups. The feel is white and chrome with a few wood accents and is a more upscale atmosphere than the places on the other side of the tower. Kind of funny since it is attached to the fishing pier! This would be a nice date place on the beach which seems to be kind of rare since most Pensacola Beach restaurants are on the inland side. Drinks and appetizers are good. There were groups of friends and some families, too. Entrees looked good, but didn't try as I was headed elsewhere. Beautiful, relaxing spot to enjoy a summer evening on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

Great location. Good seating wherever they put you. Great for hanging for drinks or a meal - we did both. The Blue Angel drink is super tasty.

Let me start by saying, this place is on the beach but it does not have a casino. I really hope this place does well. They have so much going for them. Sure they have the younger crowd popping shots on the beach by the bar, it is the beach. They have a great modern, trendy look which I dig. Upon being seated we noticed it was getting cold. We politely asked them to close the garage-window and they obliged (yay). They have great beer and drink selections and amazing drink specials. We got their wings to start. The come in 10 and the sauce is no the side. They arrived crispy, just how we love them. I also got the ahi tuna nachos- they were perfect. Large tuna chunks on plain chips. I was glad I got the 8 pc, we couldn't stop eating them. Worth every penny. We all tried their burgers next. The casino burger comes with bacon and it was great. We got potatoes as a side (these come in an odd triangle shape) served nice and crispy with a savory seasoning. We also tried the sweet potatoes fries-perfect. Mandy their general manager sure knows how to run this place. We never had to wait too long for our food, service was friendly and fast. If she ever happens to read this, we helped you out with your lost phone. Glad we could be of assistance, see you next time we go to the beach!

I had been told by a friend that I needed to give this place a try, so on Tuesday night when we went to the Bands on the Beach, we stopped in before the concert to grab a quick bite to eat. First let me say that this is first and foremost a beach bar that serves up sandwiches, salads, fish tacos etc. It is not a full service restaurant, The service was above average, the view of the Gulf is great, the food is not spectacular, but it is pretty good. I had the fish tacos and my wife had the grouper sandwich. Both were very good, with the grouper sandwich maybe getting the edge. The sides were regular fries and sweet potato fries, and here the sweet potato fries get the edge. It is an open bar with seating both inside and outside on the beach area. The prices are pretty much in line with the other places on the beach. It is located next to the entrance to the fish pier, so it is really easy to find. It is good enough that we will be back again.

Two stars for the view, the service we had yesterday was less than desirable and the food was blah! disappointed because our first visit was great! we told the waitress that our food was not great and she really didn't care. the manager came to talk to us and he was NO different. We will never return!

Best vibe and great food and drinks on the beach! We had the Cuban and the Casino burger, and Jeremy made peach mojitos by request! We had fresh peaches in the car and he was glad to oblige. So good!

I just spent 9 days in Pensacola Beach and ate here 4 times - twice for lunch and twice for dinner. I was very happy each time. They have drink specials every day and the staff members are very friendly and prompt. I'm no expert but I thought this place had the best Bushwhackers on the beach. Here are some thoughts on individual entrees: -- Ahi tuna nachos. So good. I will think of them often when I'm gone! -- The wings. Awesome. They are roasted first with spices, including rosemary, then are flash fried and sauces are served on the side. The wings are very meaty and not greasy at all. -- The shrimp tacos. Had them with grilled shrimp and corn tortillas. Another winner. Get them. -- Cuban sandwich. Again, I'm not an expert, but this was my favorite. So fresh and so tasty. During my time at Pensacola Beach, I ate at all the so called top ten restaurants. This place was my favorite (along with the Grand Marlin). The decor was hip, the place was clean, the food was fresh and very good, and the staff all seemed to enjoy working there - this was not always the case at other spots. Easy 5 stars!

Attempted to get in for a late lunch around 2pm. However was told my the hostess that even in light of the dozen or so patio tables that were empty, it would be 45 minutes or longer to be seated. We were invited to sit at the bar, which still served their full menu. However after 15 minutes of waiting for a bartender to acknowledge us - which never happened- we left. Consequently cannot speak to the quality of the food or drinks. Too bad since it seems to be a great location and nice patio and bar.

Omg...best beach meal I have had in years. I'm a local from Mary esther and normally always go to Destin. Today I wanted to try something different and casino beach bar and grille caught my eye. The wait time at the end of spring break wasn't all that crazy. I waited like 30 min. Which for me is great since I came by myself. The service was amazing. Thanks again JESSICA. Keep up the great work. The food was spectacular. To drink I had the Caribbean honey. (I took a pic) it was very delicious. Smooth and sweet. To eat I had the grilled Caribbean chicken mango habanero B&B sauce sandwich. OMG!!!AMAZING!!! Spicy and sweet (but delicious). As the side I had the Caribbean slaw. Very Refreshing and yummy. I will be back again on my day off or when I can.

This is a really cute restaurant at the far end of Casino beach by the pier. Lots of outdoor seating and open air layout throughout. Their bushwackers are the best on the beach. A smooth, creamy drink. It is so different than Bamboo Willies which come out of those machines. I don't know if they are made by hand each time at CB Grille but it sure seems like it. And $7 each including the souvenir cup! Great deal. I noticed this last time, they have lounge chairs set up on the beach, too, if you want to lay out and have them wait on you. I also liked the shower and faucet for rinsing off the sand. Overall, a great place for drinking and eating on the beach.

This place has come a long way since my first review. Great service from Joey, wonderful appetizers...the island chicken skewers were amazing, loved the casino nuggets with tarragon tartar sauce as well. We had the fish tacos and the Caribbean bbq chicken sandwich, our sides we picked were sweet potato fries .YUM!!!! Drinks were strong and delicious and of course the views of Pensacola beach are priceless. All new staff. Probably the best spot on the beach to eat at now.

I love this place and try to go often. You can't beat the location or ambiance. The food is good and well priced. The only drawback is the service, which is spotty. We've had great service and horrible service here.

Ate dinner here on a Sunday night. This place came highly recommended by a friend who lives in the area. The food was average to below. I had gumbo and shrimp tacos. The gumbo was a bit burned, but the tacos were good - about average. They were out of some the draft beers that they advertise, so I had to settle. I got the Impression this is more of a trendy bar for a younger age group, which explains the recommendation I received - which was from a friend's son. Good place to "people-watch", but average at best on the food fare. When I'm in the area again, I'll opt for the place next door, "Crabs, We Got 'Em", which has much better food and equal atmosphere.

What a welcome addition to Casino Beach! This place is sleek and modern looking. Lots of TVs above the bar. There is a decent amount of seating inside, but the outdoor seating is awesome. It's right on the sand. What better way to enjoy the beach than to be sitting comfortably at a table being served your favorite libation?? The menu is basic. We started off with the fish nuggets. These were pretty bland even with the tartar dipping sauce. I ordered the fish tacos which were average at best. There was nothing specifically wrong other than the flavor was just ok. My wife ordered the Cuban. That thing was awesome! Sadly, they do NOT have raw oysters on the halfshell. As for the liquid refreshment, this place is great. They have an extensive bar. I didn't count, but there are lots and lots of beer taps which makes sense because the fellas that own World of Beer own this place. For your harder drinking requirements, they also have a more than capable liquor selection. All in all, we had a great time. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back!

This was our first bite to eat after coming into Pensacola Beach, because it was right across from our hotel, and conveniently located on the beach. We stopped in and my boyfriend ordered a frozen margarita, and I had my first "bushwhacker". Both were absolutely delicious. The bushwhacker tasted just like a milkshake. He ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was absolutely delicious, and I had the po'boy. It was good, but we'd just come from New Orleans, so it was tough to compare. The atmosphere is nice and the proximity to the beach makes this bar a great spot.

This is a great spot on the beach! The wings and burger were definitely the highlight of the meal... In fact, everyone who didn't get a burger was sad they didn't. The plantain chips and sweet potato fries were really good too. We went on Monday for $4 margaritas which were a great deal! The service and ambience were awesome as well! Definitely a spot we will go back to next time we are in town.

The Ahi tuna nachos are fabulous! I went for a batchelorette party this past Saturday night and then took my BF last night. Great views and great drinks!! Service was also wonderful!

Just got done with a fantastic lunch here. The grouper sandwich was very fresh and I really enjoyed it. The gumbo is great and had shrimp and sausage that seemed fresh also. I also had the red beans and rice which were good. Excellent, friendly service. The best view I have seen anywhere in Pensacola Beach. Jane got the flatbread pizza which had chicken and avocado. They are not afraid to serve healthy fair here which is sometimes hard to find in Pensacola Beach Lunch with gumbo and two iced teas was about 30 bucks. Looking forward to coming back tomorrow to see the live band.

Highlight of my trip. Great drink specials the white sangria was on point. I ordered a casino burger that was absolutely delicious and more than filling. The server think his name starts with J was a real cutie and very helpful even though he was incredibly busy. Located right next to the pier so it made for a fun evening.

We ate lunch here on our first full day in Pensacola Beach. Overall, we were happy with the food. Service was a little rocky. We were seated right away, but apparently at the wrong table. So we had to stand there awkwardly until they cleaned off another table for us to sit at. The service was a little slow throughout our lunch. My husband and kids got burgers and LOVED them. I'm always happy if the kids are eating. They demolished their kids' sliders. My husband couldn't finish his burger, but said it was delicious. I got the pulled pork tacos which were OK. The BBQ sauce was a little sweeter than I prefer. I would have preferred pickled jalapeños versus the raw ones on the tacos. But they were good enough to finish. I really liked the fries. It was hot outside, but between the fans and the misters, it was really comfortable on the patio.

OMG! I was visiting Pensacola Beach and happened to stumble across this place and I was amazed by the quality of the food. I had the Mojo Chicken flatbread and my girlfriend had the pulled pork tacos. Wow! Both dishes were great. The sauce on the flatbread was both sweet and tangy, while the flavor on the tacos was robust and very flavorful. Our waiter (Derek) was courteous and very helpful while providing us with everything we needed without being overbearing. The relaxed atmosphere only furthered our enjoyment of this place. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Pensacola Beach.

Sitting here, stuffed, just moments after having a Casino Beach burger. So delicious. I had sweet potato fries as my side, best I've ever had! No exaggeration. So well cooked, crispy, with a little salt. The burger had a sweet bun which I didn't realize when I ordered but loved! It did get a bit soggy on the bottom but I broke out the knife and fork... And devoured that sucker. Medium rare, cooked very well. Super crispy bacon. Arugula. AND THE CHEESE. Stop. (But don't.) The vibe here is great. Hammocks outside, clean inside, horseshoe bar... Oh I also had the whiskey sour, which was awesome. Strong and sour but super flavorful as it should be. Good prices, great food and drink! Cold months or warm, I'll be back! Thanks guys!

We just went to Casino Beach Bar & Grille a few days ago. The waitress told us a lunch special was fish & chips and it was 7$. It sounded good so I got that and my husband got a burger. The food was quite good but the condiment situation there is horrible. What restaurant ever, ever.... ever serves fish & chips or just fish for that matter and doesn't give you tarter sauce? Really? I asked for some and they brought me out a portion cup that had about 2 teaspoons of tarter sauce in it. The ketchup for the fries also was in no tiny portion cup. Hardly enough for 3 of their large fries. I asked for more ketchup and again more tarter sauce and got it again in tiny portion cups. We get the bill and surprise! You have to pay .50 cents a cup for damn tarter sauce! And the portions of them were so tiny it just wasn't enough. So when I got the surprise charge for tarter sauce and found out the waitress also charged us $8.00 for the lunch special, which she said was only $7 I asked her and she said "I said I THOUGHT it was $7, I didn't say it WAS $7." WTH? She adjusted the bill but had a total attitude about it. So, although the food tasted good we won't be going back. Customers should not have to pay for things like tarter sauce when you get fish and the inaccurate price of the lunch was annoying. If she wouldn't have gotten snotty about it, we probably would come back.

From the parking lot, it doesn't look like much. Once you walk through and see the modern patio overlooking white sands and crystal turquoise water, your opinion will quickly shift. Fresh, lighter menu options perfect for fueling a day on the beach with a drink in hand (I strongly recommend the Painkiller).

We ate here after a terrible experience at another place that led to us waking out without food. The decor is trendy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was amazing. The grouper nuggets with tarragon tarter sauce were the group favorite. For being in the tourist trap area it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this as a vacation stop.

Moved away from P-cola, came back to visit and found out this place is owned by the same people from WOB downtown. (Also very nice place!) Staff seems very friendly, got a spiked lemonade. Love the beach view and the classy feel without the classy price! :) It's obvious that they are new and still figuring the feel and vibe of being a beach bar and grill.. But this place will def be the place to be soon! FOOD WAS Amazing. It was the first day they did food and it was great! Manager came to check on us, very nice Def worth trying!! :)

Really glad we stumbled upon this place! We wanted to find a bar to watch MLB playoffs, and this place had the game we wanted to watch on tv along with a half dozen other sporting events. The drinks were great, the food was excellent, fit for most foodies and the atmosphere was perfect! You could sit on the beach, at the open air bar or the VIP/cabana area. Really a cool place!

This week I had the conch ceviche and also tried the shrimp with green mango. I loved the ceviche! It was just like the ceviche you get in the Bahamas. The shrimp was really good, too. I have been saying for years that we we should have a beach restaurant that serves "island" food. All we seem to get here in Pensacola is the same tired gulf seafood dishes. Travel to southern Florida and you can get really great and different seafood dishes. I will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. BTW, the layout of this place is like many of the beach restaurants in the Bahamas. There are hammocks and lots of beach furniture. And it is right on the beach! It doesn't get better than that anywhere else.

The setting is just absolutely amazing and the place feels very modern. It's pretty sleek and comfortable. We have been three times. The food is reliably good but not amazing. All three times the service is a bit shotty so I'm glad it's comfortable. You'll have to remind your server that you need this or that. But honestly if you get upset with them while looking at that beautiful view you have a personality disorder of some type.
